This top looks as great styled over a tank as it does with nothing underneath. A Pierrot inspired ruffle details the neckline. The sleeves create a soft bell shape, with 5 layers of ruffles on each. The body is embellished with an artfully placed diamond grid pattern of mini ruffles. An extra ruffle adds fullness at the hem. Crafted in Italian cotton tulle.

Our cotton tulle is hand dyed in small batches, so some variation in color is intrinsic and part of the charm of this style.
