We embellished the collar of this classic trapeze shirt with rows of mini ruffles made from deadstock Italian tulle. The blue silk organza fabric was embroidered just for us with light pink dots and scallops. The handkerchief hem is finished with the embroidered edge of the fabric. Crafted in a custom made bicolor San Gallo silk organza and cotton tulle.
