The ruffles on the front of this blouse are gathered with a San Gallo organdy trim custom made by a couture quality ricamificio in the north of Italy. The yokes at the front and back were custom made specifically for this piece. A lovely scalloped shape is drawn around the neckline. Crafted in a custom made bicolor San Gallo cotton organdy.
