This dress draws inspiration from the Empire period with its open portrait neckline and puffed sleeves. The neck edge is softened with a lace trim. The draped bodice and full sleeves retain their shape by having a shorter lining. The waist is defined with an embroidered trim. The sleeves are finished with an embroidered cuff and ruffle detail. Three tiers of inset trim and gathered ruffles on the skirt create a uniquely feminine silhouette. Crafted in a custom made Broderie Anglaise cotton voile.
