WHERE DO YOU STAND ON SUSTAINABILITY?
The most sustainable way to shop is by buying things you love and will last forever. At Ivy Kirk Collection, we value quality and aim to create effortless, long lasting style. Many of our styles are made-to-order and produced one by one. By supporting our made-to-order business, you are doing your part to eliminate waste and help preserve the environment.

HOW DOES THE PRE-ORDER PROCESS WORK?
We offer pre-order for all styles we sample. We are a business that produces unique and hand crafted clothing to order and in limited quantities. By placing a pre-order, you are helping support the growth of our business and can be confidant that you will get the style and size that you need. 50% of the price is due with the initial order. The balance is due before shipment.

HOW DOES THE MADE TO ORDER PROCESS WORK?
Made-to-order is a sustainable and special way to shop! Many of our more complex styles are produced to order. You will notice that it is mentioned in the description of each style, if it is made-to-order or is immediately available. Typically a made-to-order style will be produced and ready to ship in 4-6 weeks.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
We are happy to work with you on custom styles! Please allow between 6-12 weeks for delivery. For more information please email ivy@ivykirk.com.

WHERE ARE YOUR PIECES MADE?
Our product is made in New York City, in the heart of the garment district, by a highly skilled factory that specializes in limited quantities. We use fabrics from two Italian mills, both located in the Varese region of Italy. All of our embroideries are custom designed in New York and woven in Italy.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES IVY KIRK COLLECTION ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Paypal. We are happy to accommodate other methods of payment, so please reach out to ivy@ivykirk.com if you need additional assistance.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY ORDER?
Please email us at ivy@ivykirk.com. We are ready to answer your questions about existing orders, shipping, and returns Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST. 

WHAT COUNTRIES DOES IVY KIRK CURRENTLY SHIP TO?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Hong Kong, China, the EU, the UK, and many other countries. If you don’t see your country listed as an option for shipping, please reach out to ivy@ivykirk.com. We can help!

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME?
For stock product, we will ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. For made to order product, we will ship your order within 4-6 weeks. For Pre-order styles, please refer to the individual season. Actual transit times may vary.

WILL I PAY TAX, FEES, OR ANY DUTIES ON MY ORDER?
New York state customers pay sales tax. This will be added to your order at check out.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment. We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your Ivy Kirk clothing, so we accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of delivery. We are a small business and returns impact our success and growth, so it is appreciated when you only order items that you are sure you want. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, we cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs.
For an item to be eligible for exchange:

  • It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • It must have all original tags attached.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, feel free to get in touch with us so we can help you find a solution by emailing ivy@ivykirk.com.

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE MY SIZE AVAILABLE?
Please email ivy@ivykirk.com. Most of the time, we are able to accommodate our customers.

HOW DOES YOUR SIZING WORK?
Our sizing runs true to US designer standards. Our size 4 fit model is 5’ 8.5” and her measurements are—
Chest: 34 1/2”
Waist: 27 1/4”
Hip: 37 1/2”
