We currently ship via DHL or FedEx to the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, the EU, the UK, and many other countries. Shipping is free worldwide. If you don’t see your country listed as an option for shipping, please reach out to email@example.com. We can help!
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME?
For stock product, we will ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. For made to order product, we will ship your order within 4-6 weeks. For pre-order styles, please refer to the individual season. Actual transit times may vary.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
If you live in the US and your item is in stock, it may be possible to ship overnight for a fee. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire.
WILL I PAY TAX, FEES, OR ANY DUTIES ON MY ORDER?
New York state customers pay sales tax. This will be added to your order at check out.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment. We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your Ivy Kirk clothing, so we accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of delivery. We are a small business and returns impact our success and growth, so it is appreciated when you only order items that you are sure you want. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, we cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs.
For an item to be eligible for exchange:
- It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- It must have all original tags attached.
