Blue San Gallo Silk Ruffled Mini Dress

The ruffled hem is finished with the embroidered edge of the fabric, allowing the scalloped pattern to follow the shape of the skirt. At the back, rows of mother of pearl buttons and loops close the dress and continue the delicate detailing.
