Striped Poplin Ruffle Layered Top

Crafted in double twisted Supima cotton poplin from a two hundred year old mill in the Lombardy region of northern Italy, this blouse requires over 6 yards of fabric to create its 12 layers of sculptural ruffles. Each edge is finished at the top and bottom with a thin line of embroidery. Color blocking creates bold stripes.
